S1C9: Backwards, Then Forwards

Dionea’s strength has guided us to begin taking back River’s End. The seeds shall flow throughout Atlaunder, Dionea demands it.

She still holds on, as we still have The Crates and Overwatch. The trees have not begun rotting, and the flowers still bloom here and over there, but thorns have gotten sharper in The Roots as The Underworld Collective have found a way inside. Fortunately, our vines made sure that any attempt to bring reinforcements would be met with more of us. We have effectively severed the bridge connecting the Underworld Collective troops in the North.

While we have made progress in the north, enemies to our east do pose a threat to Dionea’s grace. The Governed have taken The Reeds from The Underworld Collective, giving them easier access to The Roots and Overwatch. Meanwhile, The Oasis Network have taken over Jeritopia and are readily making their way over to The Crates.

Our attempt to bring nature to Jeritopia was met with an onslaught of Organic Subnets, massacring our people. While The Governed are capitalist filth, those KH47UN and the robots are an absolute affront to all things natural and divine. And now, they are beginning to breach into our home. Dionea won’t allow it, and neither will we.

There are two objectives at hand:

• Fight off Oasis Network forces in Jeritopia and reclaim it as ours, ensuring Dionea’s safety. We would be closer to Oasis Network territories, but if we secure Jeritopia, we can launch another attack and let nature have its rightful victory over machinery.

• Reclaim River’s End as our own so Dionea can continue to spread her children. This will strengthen her, and we need her to be strong so we can be stronger too. All for Dionea.

We are making slow progress, but the slower trees age the sturdier they are.
